Im interested in hearing some of the different projects people work on. What you guys are working on at the moment? How do you work? Where do you get your inspiration? Please comment :)

I'm working on a fantasy horror comic right now, a project which I wanted to do for a long time now. I changed my working method for this and tried to work withoit a written script. I did this with another comic and felt like the overall pages were too stiff due to the way I scripted a page in advance. I had very little freedom with my layout because I stuck too much to the script.
For the new project, I merely wrote a beat sheet for each chapter and then did the storyboard right away and this method feels way better for me. It also speeds up my working process.
I then did little black and white thumbnails of the pages to have a first idea of the overall arrangement before I start with the inks. I work with pen, brush and ink on this comic and then colour it in Photoshop.

Well, the first ideas for the main character are now 11 years old... and went through many changes. So inspiration came from everywhere but mostly Mike Mignola's Hellboy comics. I have a love for fairy tales and folklore since I was little and it's always a pain for me to see myths and mythical creatures in pop culture with the cultural roots taken from them (like A LOT in Supernatural).
But I also enjoy dark and creepy things... :D
